It should be noted that the credit offered by banks, micro-finance cooperatives, mutuals, etc. allows us to finance our activities, our projects, our households, etc. in need of financing. The latter increases the human activities . Let us note that, for a long time, there has been the appearance of scholarship loans; which finance studies and facilitate several scholarship holders to continue their studies inside and outside the country. But the work of previous researchers we have consulted shows that companies or organisations offering these services run behind the credit risk and once the credit granting system is not well harmonised and equipped it experiences slowness in the credit granting processes, poor repayment modalities, forgetting the repayment date and this leads the offerer to run behind a so-called credit default.
